Our little family has used Dr. Sims dentistry for over twenty years. The staff is professional and accommodating when it comes to customer needs. Thank you to the Sims dentistry team for all of the work you do. Looking forward to our next visit!
Loved this place but it has gone significantly down hill. The staff needs work. I am referring to both the newly hired and senior staff. No consideration was shown for our time or schedule. They were rude and not helpful. My biggest complaint is that they Unscheduled my sons appointment, without my consent, after they made a scheduling mistake. I would elaborate more but I now need to go find another dentist asap. Will not be back.
This Place makes you feel very uncomfortable, They say you can't go back in the back with your kid, This seems So Fishy, Literally tons of Doctors all over the world get in trouble for abuse and So many things. Why would I want my child going back there with a grown man , alone. Without me there. So they could do whatever they wanted, Or Not treat them Properly. This sounds like he doesn't want the parents to see how they treat the children, or they don't want to see them mess up This Place is not for kids. This place needs to be shut down. Tons of poor reviews. 0 stars
