Caney Valley RV Repair is a hard working family business offering friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service. Customers have had lots of work done and are more than happy with the results. The owner is honest, fair, and knows his stuff. He is prompt, friendly, and always does an excellent job. He works to trouble shoot problems starting with the simplest solution. The company is top notch; one customer was concerned about being scammed, but the owner not only fixed water pressure issues but also fixed an electrical outlet that a previous company could not, charging nothing for it. Another customer had a broken spring on a 5th wheel; the owner went to Tulsa for parts, did not charge time or mileage, and the charge was better than reasonable. The service is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They care about people's time, work to get customers in as soon as possible, and call the week before to confirm appointments. Customers would go out of their way to get there and recommend them to anybody.
Someone else also said it: I can't say enough good about these people. I was just temporarily in the area, with limited time (week+) in Bartlesville. Rick was recommended when I called around, and I'm so glad. I had a broken spring on a 5th wheel trailer. Rick came out and assessed the situation, then made arrangements to get parts and come back, accommodating my schedule. He went to Tulsa to get the springs (we decided to replace the other side as well, to have a match), and did not charge time or mileage to do that. This company and gentleman was top notch, I have been scammed in the past and was very concerned. Not only did the owner complete the task of fixing my water pressure issues but he took the time to fix an electrical outlet that a previous RV repair company was unable to and did not charge me for it. Love this company and will recommend to anyone. I am a full time RV living individual by the way.
We have had caney valley come out 3 different times and everytime we are more than happy with the service. They are the nicest people and work hard to make sure you get the best experience. When you make an appointment she works to get you in as soon as they are able, and the calls the week before to confirm the appointment are nice. They care about people's Time and when he is working on the camper he really works to trouble shoot the problem starting with the simplest solution and working his way up.
