We lost all our belongings kayaking at the river. Called this shop with a borrowed phone was told it would be a a hour and a half to come make me a new key fob, showed up earlier than expected. Very friendly guy got me a new fob in no time. 10/10 service Pricing could be better but you cant complain when its the only option to get home 2.5 hours away
I would give more stars......trust me when I say that I had doubts when I read the reviews.....but the people at American Lock Made me a believer!!!!!! They not only did a great job with providing the keys for my car, but when things went awry, they were there to help. I appreciate yall more than anything and I will definitely keep doing business with yall. Definitely a gem in all these business's in town.
These guys have all, my business nowadays. They are professional, courteous, and honest. They always treat me as if I'm someone special. I was especially pleased with the black employee who cut new keys for my Jeep Liberty. Not only was he courteous and efficient, he made sure all four keys worked perfectly before he let me leave. I plan to give them all my future business.
