Called late this morning when my house was 50 degrees (and outside temperature was 9 degrees). They came within an hour, diagnosed a blower that blew (it was the original, so it had done all it could), and replaced it with one they had in their truck. The indoor temp is now back up in the mid-60s. These folks are great!
