We have had ongoing issues with a previously installed H/A unit 2019 Lennox by a BIG commercialized company here in Ada. The H/A unit @ 2 yrs began freezing up and shutting down. This same company came out multiple times at our expense with no resolution. A colleague recommended Kimmel Mechanical LlC. We contacted Kimmel and they performed a thorough diagnostic assessment on the unit assisted with registering our warranty on the unit for us. Provided us with a detailed resolution with the ongoing issues. Lesson learned bigger companies are not always better. Unfortunately, we had to learn the hard way.
