I had to take my companion in life my sweet tea cup schnauzer of 15 yrs to have her put to sleep. One of the hardest decisions if had to make. Her quality of life was pretty much non existent. Dr sheets and his staff were excellent with her and myself. I just want to thank everyone there because they helped make a painful situation for me feel more less tragic. Best clinic all around compassionate people !
When I made the decision that it was time for my Annie to cross over the rainbow bridge, they were able to schedule us in quickly within the week. The day before our appointment, Annie took a turn for a worst and they were able to get us in that day. The staff was very sympathetic and the process went as smoothly as it could given the circumstances. I received a card in the mail the following week from the staff at Northside, even though that was the first and only time Annie had been there, and it meant a lot to me.
