I've been going here for years. Absolutely excellent customer service, and if something happens to my glasses (like a screw falling out, toddler sat on you, etc) they will fix it. Staff is really kind, even when I try on a million pairs because I'm particular. I really like how quiet and calm their showroom is because it doesn't feel overwhelming. You feel like you have their full attention and aren't rushed. I get my prescription through a different provider, but buy my glasses here.

I want to thank Connie who went above and beyond with a pair of eyeglasses purchased elsewhere. She spent 45 minutes trying to uncover why my primary eyeglasses weren't working as well as my sunglasses (from an online vendor). Turns out that the primary eyeglasses--which admittedly have a complex Rx--had an incorrect axis in the right lens. This error has played havoc with my vision for more than a month.I certainly expected to pay for her labor, but she said it's just one of the many services she renders. Perhaps so, but I didn't even buy my glasses at Stillwater Eyewear. This sort of customer service is both incredibly generous, and sadly, increasingly rare.

We have purchased glasses here for many years. The service is superb, the frame selection is varied but they are a little pricey. However I have never had a problem with the frames or lenses.
