I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I needed to write this one. We recently had our home Hvac changed out after over 20 years of service. We selected Sitton based on past interactions and we wanted to go in a new direction with service. During the install we discovered some plumbing issues. Instead of letting these issues hold up installation Sitton did what I don't often see, they worked around the problem. The install went seamlessly after that, and we now have a brand-new unit in prime condition. Often times I see contractors stand around and hold up production. Not Richard and his crew, they got the job done and took great care with it. How often do you see the owner doing follow up or crawling under a house to help his guys out. He and his crew are problem solvers a rarity these days. If you need work done whether repairs or an install, give them a call. Highly Recommend.
