I took my computer to Onesimus with a completely cracked screen and they replaced it with ease. They even updated my Antivirus protection which had expired. Would highly recommend for anyone with computer issues.
Ben and Zack did an amazing job. My s21 ultra had a cracked screen, along with a camera issue and fast draining battery. Ben did great at communicating with me, and they were able to get the parts for my phone delivered and installed into my phone in less than 24 hours. My phone now works just as it did brand new, and it was way cheaper than spending $1000 on a brand new phone!
Ben and his employees did a great job to make sure I had a good experience with my computer repair. My computer was not repairable but they were able to capture my data and place it on a refurbished computer I selected. Ben provided great communication along the way and provided options for me to select a replacement computer. I had a great experience. I would highly recommend Onesimus.
