Try this place out it’s amazing! You get two weeks free and then can decide to continue with paid classes after that. I’ve always wanted to learn self-defense, so I tried their Krav Maga classes and learned so much! Even after the first day I felt so much more confident in myself. I wish I could take classes here but I am moving. I hope to find another place as informative and inviting as this one. You can tell everyone genuinely cares about each other and their growth. Such a great community they have built. ❤️
I started Krav Maga in May, and weighed 300+ pounds. Im happy to say that with hard work, a good diet, and inspiration from my great instructors (Thomas and Melinda!) I'm down 70 pounds and feeling great! They are terrific people and couldn't ask for better leaders. If your on the fence like I was all I can say is jump in. The world is kinda crazy right now and learning a new skill not only can take your mind off all the crazy, but also can save your life if you find your self in a not so suitable situation.
Melinda and Thomas and are very patient with all the children and great instructors They are able to adapt to the different ways children(and even adults) learn and keep things interesting to keep the kids entertained while they are learning.
