Just sold my house!My house is on the smaller side, with only 2 bedrooms, but when it came time to sell it this year, they treated my little house like a million dollar listing. They staged it with charming décor and hired a professional photographer who also made a very cool VIDEO for the listing. I believe we had 7 tours in the first week. I've moved a lot and sold more than one house, so I can tell you, staging the house and having quality photos on the listing makes a huge difference. Fisher Provence is an amazing company Kim Sweeden has helped my mother purchase a home when moving closer to me so I could help her during her retirement. Kim worked tirelessly to find the perfect house for someone with mobility issues and also provided contact information for people that could help with additions to make the house truly a home.Unfortunately life changes, and only a few years after purchase my mother's condition deteriorated to where she had to go into a nursing home.
