David and the crew were professional and personable! His rates are extremely competitive and fair. Additionally, he and the crew always work safely (and at a reasonable pace). He also explained how he would approach each step of the job in detail and answered my additional questions as the job proceeded. In terms of the actual job, he removed a sizeable cottonwood tree (about 150 ft. tall / 12 years old) located about 15 feet from the back of the house. Not once was I concerned about the house being damaged (you'll see why once you see him and the guys in action). They also removed the remaining stump, trimmed a separate tree (which turned out beautifully), and chipped/hauled away all the remaining debris. Also impressive is the fact that they didn't damage the yard (or anything else) despite using some heavy equipment. Again, this is partly due to safe cutting / roping techniques (and not dropping large sections of the trunk into the yard, instead lowering each section down one at a time). Overall, 5/5 service without a doubt. Highly recommend and will use again.
