I would give 6 stars if I could. I tried to call before business hours and instead of leaving a message decided to call back after they opened. 5 minutes later I got a call back from Cooper's saying that they had missed a call and asking if I needed help. It was a 30 minute drive from them to me and they arrived on site in 35 minutes. The tech was friendly and helpful and had our multiple issues resolved in under 10 minutes. I will always use them moving forward.

very friendly and great prices! my family has been going here for years. I had a duplicate key fob made for my car here and it cost half the quoted price every other keysmith I called gave me! they have a display of old locks and keys and miscellaneous key covers and labels that I enjoyed looking through while I waited for my key to be cut

My family called Cooper's last night for a wellness check on my mom. Not only did them opening the door save her life but they refuse to allow us to pay because of the type call. In my opinion, these are the type of people you need to do business with. From the bottom of my families heart, thank you for serving your community well.
