My eyes are getting old and Dr Reynolds took the time to help me get just the right prescription for my contacts and I love them. The new technology he recommended is so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, I especially liked the professionals at the front desk, very very friendly. I will be back! Thanks Kent

Very professional office and the visit was convenient and pleasant. Dr. Reynolds' showing me the damage to my arteries due to high blood pressure has been a wake-up call. I highly recommend them!

I was upset that the staff ushered me in to do a laser scan my insurance would not cover, and then after the fact handed me literature to decide if I wanted to pay the extra fee for the optometrist to look the scans over. This wastes time, resources, and in my OCD mind, why go through any little medical procedure with its radiation (no matter how acute) if you don't have to? The optometrist himself was standard, nothing exceptional or lacking there. With a better staff experience (the front desk lady was upset I asked for a mail-in rebate the optometrist informed me of and didn't want to get up from her seat to look for it) and if the staff had let me make an informed decision prior to making me sit through the laser scan, it would have been a fine experience.
