After yesterday, all I have to say is that my heart is absolutely BROKEN, and after the thousands we have spent with you, and all of the questions, we still have no real answers. Now after writing you a $670 check to do literally nothing, you sent us home with an all of a sudden terminal pet. Our agreement was surgery, you prepped her, decided you may, or may not have found something else wrong after she was already sedated, called us, told us she was going to die, then made us pay the bill? How is this okay with you? These measures should have been taken well before her surgery date yesterday so that we all had a clear understanding....not an, "Oh, I found something...read full review

My dog had severe “white coat syndrome” but after a few visits she knows everyone there is kind and friendly. From the minute we walk in to the time we leave we both feel loving vibes.

SAHO is always on top on making sure our pets are well taking care of. They send out reminders by text and e-mails to make we are aware of what shots and needs they may need to stay healthy. Dr. Nissen and her staff have always been professional and answered all questions we may have had.
