Yesterday I legitimately the greatest spa experience of my life right at The Grand Spa. I have had massages in multiple states and in different countries, but yesterday was the absolute best. Let’s start with scheduling - a breeze, super simple because the staff actually want to make sure you enjoy your experience. They are so helpful and friendly, there is instantly zero awkwardness, they treat you like close friends! Next, the 90 minute massage - my therapist was Alton and hands down, no exaggeration BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!! I like a seriously deep massage, like I want it to almost hurt. I told him that and told him some of my problem areas and he worked MAGIC on me. I have medical conditions that cause nerve damage and severe pain. He was able to point out my problem areas almost instantly EVEN THE ONES I DIDN’T TELL HIM ABOUT! I can not overstate the amazingness of the massage and as a bonus Alton was very friendly, comforting, and definitely made me feel like I was in a judgement-free zone. His kind and caring attitude was evident in his work, which he was incredible at! After he had completed my massage I felt better than I have in over a year. I **really** feel like I got my money’s worth and then some! After that glorious experience, I got a 60 minute facial and I have to say that AUSTIN IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They are always the most helpful and I adore them. The facial was so relaxing, with just the perfect amount of conversation and relaxation! They are very conscious of my comfort level and explain what they are doing/applying to my face. My skin feels healthy and some much better. Austin has always been the highlight of my trips to the Grand Spa and continues to be so! Last was rebooking, (which I was never pressured in to doing, I wanted and was excited to) the people at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. They even got me hooked up with a hairstylist just because they heard me talking to Austin about my hair texture woes. All in all, I can say I got more than my money’s worth! What an absolute delight! Brightened my whole day and also because I had such a deeply relaxing and wonderful massage I had a wonderful night’s sleep and my back and face still feel great today! I couldn’t be happier! If you are debating going, let this be your sign! Go to The Grand Spa and make sure to get in with Alton or Austin depending on your needs.
