I had an issue with my AC not coming on. They were up front and honest about the issue. They fixed the simple issue and still done a complete check to make sure my system was working correctly. They were more than fair on their pricing and worked me into to their full schedule. Micheal was awesome, professional and very knowledgeable. I will be calling these guys again if I need any issues fixed with my AC in the future.

I just had my ac unit serviced and I was very impressed. Josh, my tech, was professional,polite, clean, and on time. He explained all of the work he did and made sure I understood everything. I will be using them again and highly recommend their service.

Zia was my salesman. He is very personable and I think he gave me a good deal. Ben and Joe were the instal team. They replaced my 16 yr old hot water heater at my home in Manteca. They let me know they were on their way and got here on time as promised. They were super nice and put shoe booties on even though they didn't have to. Joe and Ben were super organized and worked well together. They did a great job and explained the process really well. The worksite was cleaner after the job than it was before (lol) they went over potential maintenance with me. I'm really glad I used Loves. Zia, Joe and Ben represent the company really well! Thanks! This is a great time of year to do these installs. If you are putting it off don't.
