1st time to this business, moved here from out of state. Made an appointment online, got in 2 days later filled out the paperwork got an adjustment. It all went extremely smooth. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Chaffin and his staff are very caring, informative, and patient. I had not been to a chiropractor in over 30 years and was hesitant to go. But i had a constant ache in my shoulder and occasional lower back pain for about 3 weeks. I searched for local chiropractors and called Cornerstone Chiropractic. The woman who answered was helpful. I was concerned about cost, insurance and the whole process. I tend to over explain but she listened patiently, offered suggestions, and made me a consultation appointment for the following day. Every time I've been in to see Dr. Brian Chaffin, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've always had a good experience with Dr. Chaffin's adjustments and he listens to any concerns you might have.
