Our family is very happy with the Bethel Monument Co. We purchased a monument for my mom in Oct. It was a very nice lady my dad and I worked with. She helped us design up a monument. She was up front with a 90-120 day timeline but hoped to have it around 60. Turned out to be 101 days which is early in the documented timeline. The monument turned out better than we had planned. It was exactly like the printed mockup but way better looking. The people that set the monument were VERY respectful and professional of the existing flowers and name placard. Thank you!

I have read some of the comments regarding Bethel Monuments Company. The negative comments WERE NOT what I found! The receptionist/manager was friendly, helpful, supportive, truthful, attentive and concerned about making certain the buyer received what they wanted and needed. She showed me what she could get, its prices, potential problems without pushing anything on me. I left Bethel Monuments confident I had received EXACTLY what I wanted for my loved one at a reasonable price from a company with excellent customer service! Friendly and helpful employee. Would have given it 5 stars but haven't been to another monument company, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Best to call and make an appointment because it is very busy.
