Each visit she asks your preferences, are you still happy with your style, do you want to do something new or different, how did the last thing we did work out for you? You feel like she is using her talents to make you happy. She doesn't wait to find out either. When she gives you a style she offers to make any changes you want if you are not happy when you try to style it yourself. You know its a good cut and style if you are happy with it after the second wash and its "still doing what you want it to" ! I have been happy for two years, and get complimented all the time.
