Never returned a call from the message I left to get service for my heat & air system. It has only gotten to 28 degrees. I just love freezing in my own home! This place is useless; I don't even know why they use a answering machine. I guess to make people feel like they are in business & will attempt to do what they advertise for. Worthless, don't waste your time here.
I had a main circuit breaker in my motor home that kept tripping, which meant my air conditioner kept stopping in August. I contacted Kirk, and he was there within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem: the breaker was going bad. Because it is a motor home, the breakers are not standard residential. This was on a Friday. By Monday, Kirk had acquired the needed part and had it installed. I was so grateful for having the air conditioning back working full time in August!! Kirk was professional and polite. I would gladly use him again or recommend him to others.
