Patients appreciate the thorough evaluations and clear communication from providers, especially from pediatrician Dr. Wright, who is praised for her attentiveness and ability to explain health concerns and care instructions effectively. The clinic's team is also recognized for their kindness and understanding, contributing to positive experiences. During emergencies, especially during Covid, the clinic was quick to assist and help patients get urgent care or medications on time. While most patients are pleased with the service, some noted issues when medical providers are changed without prior notification or when referrals involve uninformed providers. Overall, the clinic is highly regarded for its helpful staff and quality care, making it a trusted health resource for the community.
I love my provider but the lady who answers for the same day appointments like to interrupt and talks over the caller. She is outrageously rude for ZERO reason. I couldn't even ask the questions I needed because I was talked over and interrupted so much. Seriously considering finding a new PCP just from those experiences alone. Maybe hire someone else with tact and professionalism to work a phone job.
I’ve read many reviews here. I have come here for decades, first with no insurance and now with insurance. I have never been refused treatment, nobody has ever been rude to me or treated me like I was stupid. The facility has gotten cleaner and more updated, and more services have been added. I’m not sure why there all the bad reviews, honestly 🤷🏻♀️
I am beyond thankful to have the opportunity to have Dr. Wright as my children's Pediatrician. She has been very thorough in her evaluations of my children. In addition, she effectively communicates regarding concerns about my children and provides clear instructions on how to provide care to my boys at home. I truly believe the health of my boys are a priority at this facility and I am appreciative.
Each person I have talked to or interacted with at this facility has been professional and helpful. This includes personnel from registration, scheduling, radiology, the lab and the pharmacy.
