Shanna is the best. I've never left without feeling great- she's so friendly and sweet. Absolute gem of a human being. She understood my hair quickly and is very helpful; even when things didn't go according to plan with my uncooperative hair, she's quick to find a solution that's even better than my original want. I get so many compliments on my hair- I've literally had people stop me in the street to tell me how much they like it. Balamachi Salon is a true treasure and I look forward to visiting everyt ime; I don't know if I could ever even give anyone else a chance considering the excellent service and quality I get here!

Shanna is an awesome stylist, she listens to what her clients want and does an excellent job. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist. She is very creative and doesn't sell you anything you don't need.
