She wasn’t the one who did it but the one I spoke with when I asked to speak with a manager about the one who did my hair. Kudos to her for understanding and hearing me out. I think this issue will be resolved. I still highly recommend Scissors. Great prices, nicest staff who take the time to listen and give you what you want with high end quality.”
