This is an awful organization. Employees are miserable because the leadership doesn’t care. Miserable employees treat customers terrible. If you complain they will make the excuse that they are just a low income community health organization. Take your business elsewhere.

I was treated horribly yesterday by a care provider in Sallisaw. I was snapped at, reprimanded as a child and spoke down to as if this lesser than MD should have been regarded as God almighty. Health Care has fallen to its lowest point ever.

Doctors are good as far as I know of, but the whole reception staff should be FIRED. Treated like an inconvenience to the facility (even if they are a WELLNESS CENTER) and usually extremely rude and unhelpful unless you catch someone on a good. Do your center a favor and fire the old ones & get the ones that TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN.
