I went in there to get my feet painted and it took over 1hr? for a polish change and when it was time to get my polish change a lady that was waiting after me went before me ...wow , really ? I was not happy about that at all , thats not how you treat your customers and with all that wait , just for a 5 min polish change PISSED ?

Ok I have issues with nail salons apparently. I spent over 20 years managing the two largest day spas in St Louis and I think an appointment should matter! If I make an apt at 1:30 that’s because that’s the time I need. IF YOU CANNOT HONOR THE APPOINTMENT TIME THEN STOP OFFERING APPOINTMENTS. I’m reminded of Seinfeld at the car rental place.. “Sir I know what a reservation is”… “No, I don’t think you do” .. give me the insurance because I’m gonna bang the hell out of it. Ugh and they have no paper sandals so I’m walking out in the parking lot barefoot. If this salon were a rapper, it would be Biz Markie. RIP tho he’s just a friend.

Been going here for 4 years. Get my lashes done. The best pedicure by is the older lady... she's beautiful, funny and kind. She gives the best pedicures EVER!! Lashes are GREAT... not very expensive and great quality!!!!! I just went 6 weeks without a fill, and they still looked like Natural lashes.
