Unfortunately, I have had a loan with them off and on for many years. Never miss any payments. Their policy apparently states that they must attempt to call or text you 3 times prior to payment. However, Show up to make said payment and they either cannot give you back the $17 difference or its in one's, quarters, etc... Since you're a resource for the working poor, you need to be a better business.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. JESS IS THE MOST CARING ASST MANAGER. HE TREAT HIS CUSTOMER WITH LOVE AND RESPECT. I WOULD DEFINETLY REFER ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIEND TO DIXIE FINANCE OF ROLAND OK.
