I did have to wait to be seen even with an appointment. The office was very busy all the parking was taken. First time using him. The vet listened and asked questions. Rates were reasonable. And he gave options for treatment of my cat. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
I looked at his reviews after my wife and I had been customers for several months. My reason was to see if anyone could possibly give this vet clinic any rating other than a 5 plus. I looked at over 200 and reading most I come across only 3 that rated him below a 5. One give him them a 1 because they had not answered the phone. One gave them a 1 that I think they didn't understand the rating scale because the review was praising them. My wife thinks they rated him as being NUMBER 1 VET. I have used him twice for puppy vet checks. And he did amazing. This last time I used him he seen my daughter is in training to be a CNA and let her listen to the puppy hearts. His staff is also very nice too.
