I got The Signature Née Package today and could not be more pleased (Toni was excellent!). I’ve been to many spas in the Four States and beyond but today was my first experience at Downstream. The spa is upscale and peaceful and they put guest comfort first. The products they use are natural and beautifully scented (but not overwhelmingly so). I can’t recommend Née Spa enough!

Yesterday I visited for thr first time. I was treated to a Spa Day for my birthday by my husband. My services were a facial, Aug Scrub and Massage with foot reflexology. I have been looking for a quality spa since my last one shut down pre-covid. While smaller and more intimate this is easily on par with spas I visited in Vegas. The staff is friendly, the facilities clean, and services plentiful! they even offer a daily rate if you choose simply to use the sauna, steam room and whirlpool!
I cannot tout them enough!! I look forward to getting more services done! Thank you ladies for making my week!!

This is a great place for a getaway experience! One of the nicer in the area and conveniently located right off I-44 at Downstream Casino. The staff is very nice & welcoming. This is a full service spa with access to the hot tub, sauna and steam room as part of your service.
