I needed to order a plant (over the phone) to be delivered to a Celebration of Life service. Lanie answered the phone and was polite, helpful and knowledgeable! If you are ordering remotely, I would highly recommend Robin's Nest. You will be emailed a receipt for your purchase, and you will get a photo of the plant when you get the delivery confirmation email. Great experience.
