I broke down on a dirt road on a hill and I called dispatch . Lady was nice and helpful. Driver got to me surprisingly fast for where I was (15-20 mins) he got my truck loaded up in the cold rain and sleet and got me and the truck home safe and quick. I was home within an hour of calling. Fair pricing too!
From dispatch to final destination, T-Wrecks delivered beyond my expectations. They provided awesome customer service, a speedy response, and the driver, James, was so pleasant and personable. Being from out of state, I wasn't sure who to call for help when my car broke down. I'm so thankful T-Wrecks was first to respond.
I needed a tow truck it was after midnight and the rain was pouring down, I had call a few other tow truck companies but they wanted over 300$ one wanted close to 400$, just for 6miles of tow keep in mind they were in town (fort smith) I ended up calling Twreck despite them being in Poteou, Oklahoma and I was in fort Smith AR,, they came out and was more affordable then the other (intown) tow trucks. Jeff was Super nice he came out to tow me in the pouring cold rain ,With a BIG SMILE on his face. I was feeling a little down because I had just wrecked my only car but after talking to Jeff on the way home I felt much better he even recommended a few places for me too look...read full review
