Only called this company because our regular electrician was sick. I didn't hear from someone for over 24 hours. Once they called back, they did come out quick, but said they will send the bill for $150.. it ended up being a $12 part that I could've changed myself, he was only here for a total of 15 minutes, and was trash-talking another customer on speakerphone while working. Essentially we were charged $138 for 15 minutes of labor. Not very happy with that at all, especially when our regular electrician won't even charge his customers if it takes less than 30 minutes.
