I called and made an appointment for 2 mani pedis one for me and one for my grandma. They gave me an appointment time but didn't bother to take down my name. When I got there they were not very busy I told them I had called earlier. They treated us like an after thought. They didn't realize until I said something that I wanted both pedicures and manicures. We got grandma Deluxe pedicure and me the regular pedicure and I discern no difference between the two save the price. It's a shame because last time when we went they were very patient and kind to Grandma and this time I feel like we're being rushed out the door.
