My experience ordering flowers from Fancy Plants was so amazing. She is so kind and understanding. I wanted to make some last minute changes to the bouquet and she was so incredible and kept me updated the entire time. I could not be happier, and the bouquet was more beautiful than the sample photo!

I ordered a Mother's day bouquet for my boyfriend's mom, the day before delivery, the owner sent me a text with a picture of the bouquet, as i had requested in the comments. The floral arrangement she sent me was gorgeous, but I wanted to change some aspects of the bouquet and wanted a certain color scheme. Not only was she incredibly kind and understanding, but she went above and beyond. She specifically ordered lighter colors for the morning to accommodate me and let me know the delivery may be later in the afternoon due to the changes. I had an emergency arise and called at 1pm and needed an arrangement delivered before 5. I gave her the favorite flower, budget and said roll with it. She jumped on the challenge and delivered a beautiful arrangement. I definitely recommend this place for all your flower needs. She was awesome to talk to and delivered beautifully!
