Just be real. Understanding that people are going to show you who they are. And allowing people to show that they are better than their current circumstances is huge in customer service. People often are quick to tell you when someone is awful but not enough people talk about how great amazing customer service is. When you have good customer service you have a customer for life even though I pray that I never ever ever have to be a customer again ☺️ thanks for being awesome!
