He refuses to answer any questions, and will not discuss treatment options. It is painful to be treated so dismissively and disrespectfully. Rather than address the problem, he made up problems that did not exist. He saw a scratch on my hand from doing yard work and declared that I had psoriasis. Such incompetence combined with his rudeness make it a waste of time trying to deal with him.
