I visited this orthodontist with my granddaughter about four years ago. During her appointments, the doctor was rarely present, and a dental assistant usually attended to her needs. The receptionist/manager displays a consistently rude and hateful attitude. On one occasion, she contacted law enforcement, falsely accusing me of disclosing confidential information. Don't waste your money. The actual orthodontist is rarely there and when he was there, he never even touched or acknowledged my kid. She basically seen a tech each month the entire time. I asked for a meeting with him through his rude receptionist and he didn't show to the agreed date and time.

Called 5 days in a row only to be finally answered by a grouchy sounding lady. Went in there to do a consultation and the place looked sad and gloomy to me.
