My daughter was called in for x-rays to start treatment to correct her crossbite. The first time they let me be present for her xray but the second time they wouldn't. The second xrays still weren't correct so they called again to reschedule a third x-ray and I wanted to make sure the doctor would be there to ensure they were done correctly. The office assistant Taryn got mad when I wanted to make sure the doctor would actually be there to do it right. She refused to answer my questions and instead yelled at me that it was done correctly each time. I think they were trying to scam state insurance to make my daughter's case seem worse than it was and that's why she wouldn't let me back the second time and still needed me to come back a third for more x-rays. I will be taking my child to stillwater.
