Dexter was very quick to come and assess our water leak. They were quick to get a crew started on fixing our problem which was a major project with the location of the leak being under a concrete slab. They stayed hooked up until we were all fixed back up. They did very good work and cleaned up the work area daily. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor to anyone needing plumbing done.
Drain Doctor provided excellent service for us today - from my inital call to him coming out for the repair... He was knowledgeable, honest, and transparent regarding our issue. Highly recommend him and appreciate his integrity.
Very quick to respond. Reasonable price and honest. Could have replaced some things that didn't need replaced but didn't. He repaired what we asked him to. Have used him twice and both times very pleased. Called about valve replacement and regulator replacement for water line. Will call again if needed.
