Movers damaged computer . The tech advised the tower can still be used but needs updating. To old to replace connecter. He didn't charge me. Will bring other computer in to update laptop

Very helpful and responds in a timely manner.We have used CSU for over a year at our place of business. They are always helpful and respond in a timely manner. Obviously, they have other customers, so the response time isn't always immediate. They do, however, respond in a reasonable amount of time. Jamie is always super helpful and does a great job explaining what he's doing, or has done. Very happy with the service we receive!
