Piedmont Veterinary Clinic is known for its friendly and knowledgeable staff, who take great care of animals and provide empathetic support during difficult times. The clinic is praised for its fair pricing and the involvement of young workers. However, there have been some complaints about the customer service skills of the front desk staff, which may impact repeat visits. The clinic is phenomenal and the staff are amazing, saving pets' lives and being helpful and thoughtful during difficult times. Dr. Emma is so caring and kind. Piedmont Veterinary Clinic is highly recommended for its quality veterinary services.
The staff here is always Very Friendly and Helpful....... I have been going to Piedmont Veterinary Clinic for several years and will continue to do so, Daisy (my doxie) actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot for her appointments, She is Happy to see the Vet & Staff and I am Happy to bring her to a clinic full of people who truly care about what they are doing!!
Easily the best vet experience I have ever had. We went in with a dog that was severely in pain thinking we would be out thousands but instead were met with a kind staff and wonderful vetranerian that had us out in no time healing up at home with a full happy family and an intact wallet! I will never go anywhere else.
I called several other vets over the phone because my dog had gotten. Into my tail mix that had both dark chocolate at raisins in it when I was at work everyone told me to come in to see my dog. I called this place because we used to take our rabbit to get its teeth trimmed and my mother had alot of dogs shes taken threw the years. They guided me on what to to over the phone and saved my dogs life thank you very much... this place has good people and they are not money hungry unlike other vets in the city. I appreciate it. Very much so much so that this will be the only vet I will be seeing from here on out. Very good people also on my part no more of anything left on… read full review
