I purchased a piece of land in Pontotoc county.What could easily have been a nightmare experience, the Oklahoma AgCredit office in Pauls Valley, OK managed to turn into a fairy tale!The lender (not OkAgCredit) that I applied with at the onset, dropped the ball so bad that I canceled my application with them 3 weeks in. Then I tried a cash-out on my house, just to discover a further 3 weeks down the line that the State of Texas doesn't allow a second cash-out refinance on one's residential property...
