We love the way Ms. Penny, helps the girls and she is always so kind. Yes, sometimes with new students it takes a little longer than in a Salon, but we always love the way we look and feel when we leave. Thank you Ms. Penny for giving us somewhere we can go in PV, for a great look at a good price.“
