I recently purchased a small farm and I’m in the process of ordering plants for my future vision. I reached out to several plant suppliers. Brian was the first to respond. I sent several emails with questions, on a weekend at that. He was prompt, polite, punctual and informative. I placed my order, there was a hiccup with supply of my item. He promptly contacted me, asked questions about my vision and plan for the farm, brainstormed, and problem solved for me. This customer service is superior! I’m happy after researching I chose to use Sooner Plant Farm for my purchase.
