I do not believe that there is anywhere else in this town/area that will treat you children with the upmost respect and care! not even that, they are so humble and attentive to make sure you stay in the know with everything. I didn't know I need their support until I got it. my son has been going almost two years now and they are literally family! Wade seriously deserve an award for best business owner, seriously! You all have no idea how much you help people!!!!!!!! <3
Strides is such an amazing place for EVERY child. The staff is amazing. I called Strides after I was not satisfied with another therapy clinic. The phone was answered by a person (which is a big deal to me when everything is automated now days). They were cheerful and didn’t make me feel bad for asking a million questions about insurance. Fast forward to now, about a year later. I have 2 children. A 3 year old boy who is a typical kid and only seeing strides once a week for speech therapy and a medically complex 1 year old girl who receives speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy. We are at strides multiple times a week and I truly feel like the staff are my friends. They care about my whole family. Every single therapist that has worked with my daughter is able to make a care plan specific to her needs. She is almost 2 and does not sit independently or eat by mouth. That doesn’t stop the team from working with her. They celebrate milestones no matter how small. They are invested in her health. She has a few rare birth defects. I asked the PT and OT if they had ever had a child with the specific defect and they said no, but educated themselves on it and made a care plan to fit her and not just the diagnosis. On days she isn’t wanting to cooperate, they try a different approach. I am there around 4 hours a week and witness this level of care for every single kid there. Kids are greeted with their first names upon opening the front door. It’s such a special clinic. I am thankful for the love and support they give both my children, but especially my disabled child. Wade, Tina, and Kelli are the best therapists for my special girl.
Absolutely LOVE strides. They build such solid relationships with the children in their care. It's such a special bond. My son talks about Mr. Wade and Mrs. Jessica almost daily. He learned so much from his time there and I'm so grateful for them!
