Amber Duggins was our Sales Executive for site selection and build of a new home at the Willow Creek subdivision. We were located out of town but needed to finalize on a home quickly. She had shown us the various models, and walked down the proposed site and boundaries while face timing in 107F heat. It was August 2023. We were able to start the agreement and have the home built and ready to move in by May 2024 with little onsite review by us except for interior selections. Great home, great location, great service.
As part of my home purchasing journey, I worked with Randi Schramko of Simmons Homes. I was blown away by the amount of options, floor plans, and customizations that were available when building a home with Simmons. Randi and her team walked us through the process and provided all the needed information to make the right decisions and design the home that we've always wanted. We've been here for a little over a year, and have no regrets whatsoever. The Warranty Team was amazing and was quick to fix the few small things I found. My wife and I chose Simmons Homes to build our first home and they did not disappoint. We could not be happier with how our home turned out. The quality was exceptional and they completed everything within the timeline we were told. Christian was our Sales Executive and he did an amazing job. This was our first home and he made sure he was available throughout the whole process to answer all our questions. Anytime we wanted to see the house he would make it happen. We would put our trust in Simmons Homes again.
