I came in a slow day and still felt rushed. I don't think I'll be coming back. My nails weren't even filed to be same and edges were not filed either. I'm Pretty disappointed.
Slowest service EVER!! No one speaks English. Went with my sister for a pedicure and she was done BEFORE mine even started, not even exaggerating!! Then the young lady took an entire 20 mins just to polish me.
My tech is Lisa. She’s amazing and always accommodates me in the best way possible. I’ve never been unhappy with her work as she is very experienced and has true talent with what she does. I always appreciate her flexibility with scheduling as well. She is the best & is why I continue to come back to Serenity!🩷
