Darrell came and gave me an estimate, walked through what to expect, and worked directly with my insurance company. The crew showed up at the time stated and started right in to work. They did a fantastic job and after clean up you wouldn't know they had been there. I will recommend them to my friends and they will be welcomed back next time I need a roof.

Ridgeback Roofing was excellent to work with. Darrell worked around my schedule for appts and discussions. My roof and gutters had extensive hail damage from a recent storm. Insurance estimated shingles and gutter repair. Once the roofers removed our damaged shingles and saw how bad our decking was, Darrell called to tell me it needed replaced too. But not to worry, he would take pictures and document everything in order for insurance to cover it, which they did. Even though the new decking made the job last longer than expected, they worked until the job was done. That was a relief knowing my roof wouldn't be exposed overnight.
