Todd was an excellent representative who laid out exactly what the costs would be for our pool fence and what to expect from the installers. When the installers arrived, promptly, they were courteous and professional. The foreman, David, was quite pleasant and nice to deal with and answered any questions I had. When I had concerns during the installation of the posts, I spoke with Todd again and he put my mind at ease, explaining that they would be cut down to proper height once they were firmly set up in the concrete and the panels were going to be added. The guys were out here yesterday, and had a small hiccup about the width of the stanchion plates. They said that they would have to go back to the shop and redo those anchors, and might not be back until Tuesday. They under-promised and over-delivered!
Showed up a couple of hours later, and the job was done by midafternoon.
We are VERY happy with the job. (Especially happy with the clean up job! No metal shavings, no concrete dust, very professional. )
