Before I even waked in the building the ladies at the front were smiling and looked like they enjoyed their job! They promptly greeted me and made me feel very comfortable ~ the space was very inviting and very calming, they explained everything in great detail and asked me to wait in another waiting room separate from the front ~ it was dim lit and quiet calming music my massage therapist walked in and called my name in a calm tone, she talked with me in detail as to any problems area I needed addressed she also checked on me several times to make sure her pressure was right!
